The influence of readiness for occupational mobility on experts' mental health in the conditions of an unstable labor market is analyzed. The necessity of experts' training for occupational mobility for saving their mental health is substantiated. Three groups of competences in the content of readiness for professional mobility are revealed. They are personal, social and special.
