Justification of the need to develop systems remote monitoring of the grain mound condition

Бесплатный доступ

Temporary storage of grain crops in remote non-electrified warehouses often leads to crop damage and degradation of its quality. The reduction of this type of loss can be achieved through the introduction of remote monitoring systems and early warning of possible emergency situations. It is advisable to produce power supply for this type of equipment through the use of renewable energy sources and local generation. The purpose of this work is to review various methods of post-harvest grain storage used by small agricultural producers, systems for monitoring the state of the grain layer and the possibility of its autonomous power supply. The study discusses various grain losses occurring at various stages of post-harvest processing and grain storage. Based on the work carried out, conclusions are formulated about the need to develop and implement monitoring systems for grain mound stored in warehouses remote from centralized electrical systems.
