Justification the need of creation the modern regional standards of physical development of children and teenagers in Volga federal district

In article tendencies in changes of parameters of physical development of children and teenagers who are trained in secondary educational institutions of Penza city are considered. 672 medical records of children (form No. 026/u-2000) were analyzed. The comparative analysis of indicators of physical development of children and teenagers in dynamics with use of standards, described in [7] and [9] is carried out. Features of physical development of the children's population at the present stage are revealed.
