A rationale for the mixer in biogas plants for small livestock farms

The paper considers the rationale for the mixer in biogas plants for small livestock farms. The basic equivalent yields of biogas are calculated and shown. A patent search of small volume biogas plants is performed and the optimal design is found. The types of the mixer location in digesters are defined and laboratory researches in terms of biogas yield are conducted.
