Industrial development goals from the national security point of view

Goals of industrial development programs, to support region's largest employers are discussed. Economy discourse of the national security and regional social and economic development is viewed as a basis for such target setting. Influence of job cuts to a regional and local budget is studied. A case of "Avtovaz" as Russia's biggest consumer market goods producer is considered.
