Substantiation the resource-saving technologies of receiving pharmaceuticals on the basis of cassia

Expediency of use for determination the authenticity of cassia leaves and preparations of thin-layer chromatography method and spectophotometery is proved. On the basis of results of leaves of studied object chemical research the methodological approaches to the raw materials standardization, consisting in definition not only anthracenderivatives, but also other diagnostic phenolic substances, including flavonoids are developed. The technique of quantitative definition the sum anthracenderivatives taking into account features of physical and chemical and spectral properties of anthraglicosides is developed.
