Rationale for the content of crossfit as high-intensity multifunctional training

The article gives a scientific rationale for high-intensity multifunctional training - CrossFit. Irrespective of occupation the most important muscle groups that determine human normal activity should be well-developed. A prerequisite to development of these muscle groups is preliminary strengthening of abdominal and lumbus muscles. High-intensity multifunctional training should include exercises affecting these muscle groups. Solution of complex problems by professional law enforcement officers is based on their physical fitness. At the same time its role is high in training cadets of departmental educational organizations, whose professional activity will be directly related to extreme situations. The specificity of profession conditions maximum requirements for physical fitness of employees, their personal, moral, volitional, mental and intellectual qualities. The system of high-intensity multifunctional exercises CrossFit can meet these requirements.
