Justification for the degree of rubber crumb destruction in rubber-bitumen binder

The article describes the preparation of a rubber-bitumen binder for assessing the degree of partial destruction of rubber crumb in the binder before and after thermomechanical treatment under various technologies. In order to estimate the degree of the rubber crumb destruction, the results of obtaining a rubber-bitumen binder in two stages are presented. The article presents the results of studies on the separation of rubber crumb after thermomechanical treatment from a binder, as well as the calculation of the private residual particles of rubber crumb before and after thermomechanical treatment. The results of studies on a group chemical analysis of the raw bitumen, rubber-bitumen binder obtained by one stage and two stage technologies, as well as the plasticizer oil of the rubber-bitumen composite, which made a conclusion regarding the aging of the binder, and as a result, an increase in its durability, are given. Studies on this issue from previous years are presented.
