The technique of injecting access to the urinary organs and accessory reproductive glands in a rabbit was justified. Fundamentally new approaches to the technique of injection access to the urogenital canal, vesicular, prostate and bulbourethral glands have been developed. Optimal injection access to the nerves innervating the posterior part of the urinary organs and the accessory reproductive glands in a rabbit were determined. The objects for research were sexually mature male rabbits. A complex of methods of classical and modern studies was used, including roentgenourography with the drug Trazograph® and clinical invasive methods for determining optimal injection accesses to the pelvic cavity organs. The proposed method of blockade of the nerves of the urinary organs and the accessory reproductive glands has a low traumatic nature and reduces the likelihood of complications. This is a difference from the before proposed methods. The ease of injection needle insertion contributes to the minimum trauma to the around tissues and hollow organs. The decrease of the probability of complications is ensured by the exact hit of the injected solutions. The indicated needle injection point provides technically easier injection of injection solutions into the pelvic cavity. This reduces the traumatic nature of the method and provides quick and effective access directly to the nerve plexuses of the urinary organs and the accessory reproductive glands. This eliminates the ingress of the injected solution into the retroperitoneal space. The proposed method of injection access to the urinary organs and accessory reproductive glands can be adapted for predatory fur-bearing animals and small domestic animals. The results of our research largely complement the previously developed methods for other animal species.
