Substitution of technological scheme of sunflower processing seed plant

Technological schemes and arrangings of technological equipment, built sunflower seeds processing plants are considered. The results of industrial trials of processing plant at ‘Kuban’ Kanevskaya district and ‘Berezanskoe’ Korenovskaya district Krasnodar region are presented. It is determined that processing plant must consist of independent sections (receiving, drying, temporary keeping, sorting and packing), connected in common process. Construction of each section must be determined by customer, proceeding from firm specialization, treated material volume and natural-climatic conditions. A horizontal scheme of technological equipment is the most appreciated.
