Justification of introduction of electronic document processing for the purpose of improving the preparation and maintenance of executive documentation

In this article the peculiarities of preparation of executive documentation (hereinafter referred to as ED) in electronic format at enterprises engaged in construction are considered in detail. Successful realization of construction projects directly depends on the competent maintenance of ED, so nowadays there are various problems in the use of traditional methods of document management. These problems are the main braking force that prevent the normal flow of business processes in the organization, which requires companies to spend additional resources for their adjustment. The possibility of using specialized software complexes is investigated, the conditions of their implementation at present are discussed. Among other things, an emphasis is made on the timely transfer of ID into electronic format.
