Justification of the selection of the career strategy depending on the person type

The article discusses the question of how, depending on the type of personality, an employee chooses his career strategy. There are four types of career strategies: imperious, qualifying, status and monetary. However, each person can choose not one strategy, but aims at several goals at the same time and what task the individual is aiming for depends largely on his personality type. According to Carl Jung's theory, individuals tend to two different directions: to the outside world or to the internal development, in other words, there are extroverts and introverts. Most often, extroverts seek to those goals that are aimed at the outside world, namely in the work they seek to prove their importance through the possession of power or to reinforce their authority status. Therefore, extroverts more often choose an imperious and status strategy, while introverts direct their efforts towards their own development, choosing a qualification strategy.
