Substantiation of the choice of computing systems performance under unknown conditions parameters of workload distributions

The method of substantiation of the choice of the performance of computing systems under the uncertainty of the parameters of workload distributions is described. Entropy methods of accounting for the degree of uncertainty of parameters are proposed. An approach to choosing the performance of a computer system using various selection criteria under conditions of risk and complete uncertainty is shown.
