The company's mission is an important management tool that helps determine the strategy and direction of the organization's development. It defines the main goal and objectives that the company sets for itself. In addition, the mission helps to orient employees towards common values and goals, increase their motivation and involvement in work, as well as build trusting relationships with customers and other stakeholders. The article examines the relationship between the company's mission and its strategic objectives. As an example for the study of the relationship between mission and strategy, the Russian company DNS Retail LLC, engaged in the sale of electronics, is given.
