The article is devoted to the study of the mechanism of foreclosure on such an intangible asset of the debtor as objects of exclusive rights. The author examines the features of the legal status of individual results of intellectual activity and means of individualization and the possibility of exercising rights to them in case of bankruptcy of the debtor.
