The Utopian works by V.A. Levshin, P.Yu. Lvov and M.D. Chulkov might be considered as a kind of their attempt to redesign the Russian Enlightenment and to convert its rational and state-biased teleology inherent for the ruling nobility to the grounds of the people demands and desires.
