The article examines the image of Russia in Turkish literature and culture. It is noted that this multifaceted and dynamic phenomenon has undergone the significant changes over the centuries. Turkey’s perception of Russia has always been linked to historical, political, and social factors: it developed from the first contacts and military clashes between the Ottoman Empire and the Russian Empire to the modern perception of Russia as a cultural and political partner. The evolution of this image reflects not only historical events, but also the impact of cultural exchanges, dialogues, and political agreements.
