The article is devoted to the study and disclosure of the image of the modern head of the educational institution and the analysis of the problems of the effective performance of the leader in modern conditions. The article reveals the importance of the manager in management in the role of manager-manager. Based on the results of the study, methods and a system for improving the image of the modern head of an educational institution and modeling the system of professional development are determined.
