Imaginative self-regulation of professionals with different work experience at various stages of shift at the enterprises of the extreme north

The article presents the results of a study of the representation of the shift work with the professionals working in shift method at the enterprises of the Extreme North. Analyzing the images of professionals on working shifts some characteristic of representation were identified: ideas at the beginning and end of a shift, views of professionals with work experience of less than three years, and with work experience of more than fifteen years.
