Education as a structural component of human capital

The formation of human capital is a process of formation, accumulation and use of human capital of individualsin order to obtain the benefits needed to restore the resources of family members and the reproduction of humancapital that meets the current requirements of the economy. Traditionally, education helps people adapt to achanging economic environment - it grows people’s cognitive abilities. The economic impact of education dependson how the economy is changing. Having a good education stimulates those for whom it is the norm to invest intheir human capital and encourage people to apply their knowledge and skills for specific purposes.
