Education as a structural component of human capital

The emergence of the category of “human capital” against the backdrop of accelerating scientific andtechnological progress and the increasing interest of scientists in the role and importance of man in the economy wasprepared by the previous development of economic theory - the results of studies of such concepts as “productivelabor”, “labor force”, “personal capital” , “Labor resources.” The definition of the phenomenon of human capitaland a deeper understanding of its purpose, as well as the study of the aspects associated with its use, is impossiblewithout an analysis of its structure with the allocation of education capital as a fundamental component. The formation of human capital is a process of formation, accumulation and use of human capital of individualsin order to obtain the benefits needed to restore the resources of family members and the reproduction of humancapital that meets the current requirements of the economy. Traditionally, education helps people adapt to achanging economic environment - it grows people’s cognitive abilities. The economic impact of education dependson how the economy is changing. Having a good education stimulates those for whom it is the norm to invest intheir human capital and encourage people to apply their knowledge and skills for specific purposes.
