The article examines the main trends characterizing the state, problems, and prospects for the development of educational migration from Mongolia to Russia. The article is based on international and national statistical data from IOM, UNESCO, Rosstat, and other organizations. Both quantitative (secondary sociological analysis) and qualitative (unstructured interviews) sociological methods were used. The processes of educational migration from Mongolia to Russia are marked by their multidirectional nature. Despite growing competition, there is potential for the growth of educational migration from Mongolia to the Russian Federation, largely facilitated by Russia's continued positive image in the perceptions of the Mongolian population.
