Educational environment as a factor of identity formation of a child with disabilities

The article discusses the problem of inclusive education of children with disabilities from the perspective of identity formation, allowing a person to build a life strategy appropriate to the modern society development. Basing upon the empirical data, the author shows that the effective collaborative learning of children without and with disabilities is determined by, among other things, the change of value systems, in particular, shift from the tolerance to people with disabilities to the recognition of their right to be different.
