The education and production cluster as a form of public-private partnership of colleges and employers

The success of the vocational education system reformation depends on the integration of sectoral educational institutions of all levels with employers. The article studies the problem of creation of education and production clusters as centers of integration of production enterprises, research institutions and educational organizations. This integration involves formation of the new forms of interaction. In this regard, the main idea of the author's concept is to develop the foundations of the education and production cluster as a form of public-private partnership between the special vocational education institutions and the employers. Fulfillment of the potential of the education and production cluster will improve the quality of vocational training and make the graduates competitive and desired specialists in the labour market.
