Educational-industrial cluster as a tool for forming the value-motivation senses of youth

The article analyzes the effectiveness of the tripartite cooperation "employer -university - student" on the example of creating an educational-industrial cluster. The issue of the formation of the value-motivational meanings of young people, represented by students of the university, is considered in the process of their participation in the work of the cluster. Arguments are given in favor of the expediency of forming on the basis of the cluster a personnel reserve from the students to ensure a single value space in the culture of organizations.
