Educational technologies in implementation of new educational standards

The article draws attention to the fact that in the process of designing new educational programmes it is important to apply such educational technologies that will help students to expand the field of educational services in the process of new professional roles development. On the basis of the analysis of modern education tendencies the authors formulate the concept of «tutor competence» by means of the contents of tutor activity and single out its structural components.
