Educational paths as a new implement in designing employee training program

The experience of the Moscow Government University in creating new training formats - educational tracks for the development of employees of executive authorities and subordinate organizations of the Moscow Government is given. It is substantiated that the use of educational tracks makes it possible to link the results of an employee’s competency assessment with his further training, to help him build his educational trajectory together with his manager. The personal educational tracks of development, demanded by employees of authorities and organizations of the city of Moscow, are considered. Approaches to the development of team development tracks, examples of team programs developed by the University of the Government of Moscow are presented. The main stages of evaluating the effectiveness of personal and team training are shown. It is concluded that educational tracks motivate the employee and the team to self-learning, provide an opportunity to independently plan time for development and create a productive environment for building a learning organization.
