The article describes the activities of higher education institutions in increasingly competitive conditions. Under these circumstances, universities have to compete for their customers, in the face of which the students perform. Therefore, the organization of university training is necessary to create conditions that would give appropriate training and practical experience according to the demands of the country and a specific region within a reasonable period of time. According to numerous studies carried out in the Russian Federation it may be noted that currently about 5% of regular number of teachers are vacant, and this is more than a thousand jobs - teachers of mathematics and physics, foreign languages, history, the foundations of the state and law, etc. We can notice the great turnover among teaching staff, especially among young and middle-aged people. Among the main causes of this process -is unreasonably low wages and poor living conditions. A public opinion poll and survey of employers and teachers were held within the framework of our research, which showed that graduates of the NorthEastern University, the office in Neryungri (Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)) on certain pedagogical specialties, have perenasytil market and at the same time formed a lack of specialists in other areas.
