Educational capital in the modern economy of the territories of Russia: features of formation, use and reproduction

The article substantiates the need to study the features of the formation, use and reproduction of educational capital at various levels (individual educational capital, educational capital of an educational organization, educational capital of the territory) in modern conditions. The educational capital of the territory is: a complex of educational organizations of various levels and formats located in this territory; teaching and teaching staff forming the basic, intermediate, higher levels of education of the population of the territory, professional training of the workforce; the total individual educational capital of each of those living in this territory or carrying out activities related in one way or another with the territory. The importance of managing the processes of formation, use and reproduction of educational capital is determined by its significance in the socio-economic development of the territory, its fundamental contribution to the territorial gross product, social well-being and cultural and moral education. The purpose of the study is to analyze the main characteristics of educational capital at various levels to identify the features of its formation, use and reproduction in the modern economy of the territory. The objectives of the study are to systematize the components and characteristics of educational capital at various levels, analyze the features of the formation, use and reproduction of educational capital and develop proposals to improve its level and qualities in modern conditions. The result of the study: the formed system of parameters characterizing the features of the formation, use and reproduction of educational capital; developed proposals to improve the level and quality of educational capital in modern conditions.
