Educational process in a higher school in accordance with the requirements of the federal state educational standard and theoretic regulations of psychologists and educators

The article describes a project of higher school education focused on development of students’ personality and competencies by reforming of the content and the process components on the basis of regularities disclosed by the classical psychologists and educators and with introduction of technologies and mechanisms established by the modern researchers.
