General characteristics of administrative liability for environmental violations

This article is devoted to the study of administrative responsibility for environmental offenses in the field of environmental protection, which consists in the application to offenders in the prescribed manner measures of administrative action. The article analyzes environmental offences of a general nature, encroaching on public relations on environmental protection in general, as well as special environmental offences, the object of which are public relations on the protection and rational use of specific natural objects or resources.
