General characteristics of anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Botswana

The article presents an analysis of the regulatory provisions of individual provisions of the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Botswana. Identifying the most significant aspects of the areas of combating corruption, the author pays special attention to the concepts of «civil servant», «conflict of interest», «corruption offenses», and also emphasizes the functions of the Department for Combating Corruption and Economic Crimes.
