The author reveals the general characteristic and peculiarities of establishing illegal online stores, specializing in the sale of narcotic drugs. The main features of functioning of such stores are highlighted. Statistic data on the activities of those online stores in the territories of the Krasnoyarsk region and the Komi Republic are considered.
