General features of the investigative sources of evidence and their possible use in criminal investigation

The article deals with the investigation sources of evidence. Special attention is paid to the issues arising in the course of certain procedural actions outside the place of preliminary investigation. The author analyses in detail the examination of evidences by an investigator and a court.
