This article discusses the termination of an employment contract in the theory of the science of labor law. In particular, the grounds for termination of an employment contract for reasons beyond the will of the parties are analyzed in more detail. The author has carried out a comprehensive analysis of the above circumstances, as well as reviewed judicial practice on these grounds.
