General characteristics of the production carried out by the bodies of internal affairs, in cases of administrative offenses provided for in article 6.1.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation

The article deals with the grounds for initiating a case on an administrative offense under Article 6.1.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, the algorithm for conducting an administrative investigation into beating cases, as well as certain problems arising in the course of an administrative investigation.
