General characteristics of the subjects of the government responsibility

The article is dedicated to one of institutions of the constitutional law - constitutional law responsibility. The characteristics of the subjects of government responsibility are considered, the attention is drawn to various features, properties and peculiarities of subject structure of government responsibility are viewed in the article. Questions of concept, structure, levels of the constitutional responsibility and also contents of the constitutional sanctions which applied to various subjects are raised in the work. It is emphasized in the article that the central element in the structure of responsibility is its subjects with relations between them being the contents of responsibility.
