Common property of spouses: analysis of family and civil law

This article proposes to study the property relations of spouses in Russia through the prism of the principle of equality of spouses. The author of the article concludes that the most relevant issues in the practice of considering cases on the division of property of spouses are the issues of determining the composition of the common property of spouses.
