Modern education in a higher educational institution is associated with a large amount of educational work and intense mental activity, which does not provide students with sufficient motor mode and significantly affects both the General state of health and the state of the musculoskeletal system, especially posture and foot, all this leads to a decrease in overall performance. According to the data, in order to stay healthy ,people should consume 1000-1200 kcal/day, whereas those of persons of brainwork of students these expenses equal to 500-700ккал. Insufficient muscle activity-hypokinesia and hypodynamia limit the adaptive capacity of the body, adversely affect the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. And also leads to obesity, posture disorders, endocrine diseases, reduces resistance to infectious diseases and neuropsychiatric stress.
