The article includes description of public and state activity of A. M. Okorokov who, after the February Revolution, was the Head of Barnaul Public Order and Safety Committee, the Barnaul District and Altai Region Commissar of the Provisional Government, in 1918, was a member of Managing Cabinet of General D.L. Khorvat, in 1919, held position of Deputy Minister and Minister of Trade and Industry in the Russian Government of Admiral A.V. Kolchak.
