Social danger as a general feature of a crime and its role in crime qualification

Social danger as a general feature of a crime and the main criterion of distinction between criminal offences and other types of unlawful behavior is considered in the article. The author gives reasoning for considering social danger as a significant negative quantitative and qualitative change in public relations protected by criminal law (creating a threat of such a change).
