Public danger of fraud in obtaining benefits as evidence of a crime

A new article providing for criminal liability for fraud in receiving payments was necessary due to the special social danger of this type of crime. The article presents a sign of public danger as necessary for the qualification of the crime established by article 159.2 of the criminal code.
