Public opinion of the Cossacks of Kabardino-Balkaria concerning the Cossack movement at the present stage

When you build, the sample was chosen as the territorial strategy selection and survey respondents. Object of research-permanent resident population of the Republic from 18 years of age or older. Questionnaires conducted by the method of interview at the place of residence and work. Selection of respondents was carried out on quota sampling with the observance of national quota settings by sex, age, ethnicity and socio-occupational category. In this regard, the article analyses the role played by the Cossacks in the modern Kabardino-Balkaria. Studied the question of development of the public service of Cossacks in the region. From the point of view of the Cossacks of Kabardino-Balkaria, evaluating the activity of Cossack organizations and leaders of the Cossack movement; defined by the degree of organization of the Cossack movement. It has been shown that the main factor contributing to the rebirth of the Cossacks in Kabardino-Balkaria and the development of the Cossack movement is to spook him into transparent, legally enforceable field. The problem of the Cossack population and Cossack organizations of the Republic represent shared deep contradictions, typical for the entire Russian society in General and the North Caucasus in particular. Therefore, the Cossacks believe that revival of Cossacks is directly linked to the resuscitation of the cultural, in which it will be able to exist in the context of globalization.
