Public opinion about the healthy lifestyle in the youth environment: on the example of the sociological survey conducted in Muravlenko

The article highlights the issues related to the healthy lifestyle among youth, the importance of implementing measures aimed at the formation of healthy lifestyle among young generation, the concept of a healthy lifestyle and its components. The authors analyze the results of the empirical research of the opinions of young people on healthy lifestyle, describe a social portrait of young people adhering to the rules of healthy lifestyle, mark risk groups of alcohol, tobacco and drugs abusers, consider the main leisure hobbies of youth and the ways of spending free time, show the degree of interest of youth in physical education and sports. The article highlights the main difficulties in promotion and popularization of healthy lifestyle among youth and gives a number of recommendations on the formation of healthy lifestyle among youth.
