Public will expression within a context of social activity study

In the article the subjects of public will regulation of social activity are highlighted within social and philosophical paradigms of the research. The analysis of the role of volitional activity in social groups and social communities is made on the basis of consideration of social transformations. In the result of the philosophic analysis of the essence of social activity three main levels have been identified (micro-, meso-, macro levels), within which the mutual transition occurs from individual will expression to social one. In its turn, the final development of social will expression and its practical application occurs at macro level. At this level the big social groups and social communities become the subjects of will expression. The expansion of the range of public will expression is studied within a context of determining the subjects of volitional activity in traditional, industrial and post-industrial societies.
