Public goods as a mandatory element in the areas of "market failures"

The article reveals topical issues related to the issues of smoothing social inequality, market failures and other adverse phenomena, as well as the realization of goods with excessive demand and uncertain willingness to pay for them by consumers through public goods. The authors of the article conducted a study of the essence of the "public good" through the analysis of its significance for society, properties, and varieties.
