Public mechanisms for the protection of human and citizen rights

The article provides an examination of the problem of one of the main features of the legal system of each state, where the important aspects are the guarantee of democracy and the legal organization of the power of the state - the realization of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. Protection, guarantee of human rights, and other sources of regulation of these conditions already exist in the Russian Federation. It is also important to note that there are a number of significant human rights institutions in our state. As you know, human rights and freedoms under the Constitution of the Russian Federation are of the highest value, which gives great importance in the proclamation of a person in the fundamental law of the country. The Russian Federation cannot fully create effective mechanisms for the implementation of normative legal acts, adopting them only from subordinate human rights organizations.
