Public organizations for protection of copyright in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Eurasian Economic Union

Purpose: Issues of activity of public organizations engaged in the protection of copyright and related rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the EEU. Methodology: Author used a system-structural, specific sociological, historical, and legal, socio-legal, and comparative legal, statistical methods. Results: The article describes in detail the problems of activity of public associations engaged in the protection of copyright and related rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the EEU. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses high scientific value as is one of the first attempts to consider actual problems of activity of public organizations in the countries of the EEU.
