Social ideal in the cognitive structure of a project

The article discusses the correlation between the ideas about proper and the notions of existing things in the cognitive structure of a project. The special attention is paid to the place of a social ideal in the formation of the project within the frameworks of utopian and anti-utopian consciousnesses. The author substantiates a thesis that when the project is forming within the utopian consciousness the social ideal is considered to be a goal, and within the anti-utopian attitude there are some mediating cognitive structures between the social ideal and the goal.
