The article is devoted to the consideration of the totality of all legal restrictions that form a common non-legal and general legal space. At the same time, the totality of all social relations is a rather complex entity, which can not be brought into line with the common extra-legal and general legal space as a whole. The author believes that in order to simplify this task, each independent elementary area of social relations must be considered separately, which will make it much easier to align its elementary extra-legal space.
