Company with limited liability: legislation innovations

The article is devoted to one of the most common legal forms of legal entities, i.e. limited liability company. Special attention is paid to examples from the judicial practice of registration of non-existent or unreliable legal address. The paper presents a brief analysis of development of model charter as one of the latest innovations relating to companies with limited liability.
